How can I make my purchase?

Through our online store, you just need to select the model, color, and size of the garment you wish to purchase and click the 'Add to Cart' button.

Once you have all the desired products in your shopping cart, click on the 'Checkout' button.

If you haven't registered yet, use the 'Create an Account' option and provide your contact details. If you are already registered, use the 'Log In' option.

Select and/or input information regarding the shipping address, choose the payment method, and then complete your purchase by selecting the payment method that suits you best.

Do you have physical stores or distributors abroad?

No. All our sales are made online.

Products availability

All items displayed on our website are available to be shipped within the specified timeframe. However, there may be exceptional cases of stock shortages.

In such instances, we will inform you via email or phone regarding the unavailability of the selected item in your order. We will offer you the option to exchange it for another item or provide a refund for the unavailable article.


The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order.

The prices that indicated for each products do NOT include VAT.

Sutran reserves the right to make, at any time and without notice, changes it consider appropriate, and may update products and prices depending on the new features that appear.

Order processing

Shipments will be processed Monday through Friday.

Modification to the place of delivery by the customer will only be possible if your order hasn’t been left our facilities yet. If a modification is requested after the order has been left our facilities, the costumer will be charge for costs incurred by this procedure.

Orders placed on Friday, or on weekends, will be processed on the following working day.

Where are the shipments made?

We ship throughout the territory of the United States.

Are shipping costs included in the price of the product?

No. However, you can see our rates according to the destination of your order under “Shipping Costs and Delivery Times”.


How can I process a return?

In order to processing your return request, please fill out the return form by clicking on this link: Return form.

How long do I have to return the items?

You will be able to return your items within 30 next days from the reception of your order.

Any exchange or return must be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the order. To do this, you must contact our customer service beforehand using our contact form. No returns will be accepted without prior notification from the customer.

When are returns not allowed?

Returns will not be accepted for products that are not in the same condition as received or have been used. It's essential that the product is returned unused, unwashed, with the original tags, and packaging.

Sutran’s Recommendation

At Sutran, we recommend inspecting the merchandise upon receiving your package and before removing the tags and/or discarding any part of the original packaging.

Can I return any product?

No, due to hygiene and health reasons, exchanges or returns for underwear items (boxers and socks) won't be accepted except for defects. In such cases, the customer will contact Sutran through our contact form to assess the situation individually, and the return procedure will be agreed upon.

Who bears the cost of return?

All shipping costs incurred for a return shall be borne by the customer.

In case after your return, the updated value of your order does not reach the minimum for free shipping, this fee will be applied and reduced from the ongoing refund.

How is the amount paid in the event of a refund?

In case of return, once the clothing has been received by the customer, and its good condition has been checked, refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
